Amazon denying brand approval and mistaking invoice to have 4 units instead of 40

Hi,

CASE ID: 18195707041

I recently ordered 40 units - 4 boxes of 10 units - clearly stated on my invoice from a reputable supplier and requested brand access for listing. Amazon keeps denying it and giving generic answers saying that it is 4 units. It is 4 boxes of 10 units which is 40 units. Its clearly mentioned in the item description 1 box x 10 units.
