Customer Address Missing Unit Number
I have an order where the address unit number is missing.
I have attempted to contact the customer via Amazon messaging and directly texting their phone number, but I have not received a response. Is there a way to cancel the order without impacting my cancel rate?

No, you are required to ship it to the customer address on the order. The customer has provided you with an address. If it is incorrect, the courier will contact them for a replacement address as long as provide the customers phone number and email address to the carrier, and a tracking number that the customer can track to pick it up.
