Amazon Granted an A to Z Claim before the item was returned to us - The Return was a Switcharoo

A buyer purchased an expensive item from us, it was shipped and delivered.

Immediatley after delivery the buyer opened a return, a prepaid return label was issued to them.

The package was en-route back to us (but not yet delivered) when the buyer open an A to Z claim that was granted in their favor. The claim was funded by us but did not impact our ODR.

When the return finally arrived back to us. The item was swapped with a completely different item (switcharoo), I have no path to reimbursement via a Safe-T Claim and cannot charge any restocking fee since the order was refunded prematurely. The same buyer is now pulling the same scheme again. Another order from them is now being returned.

We need support from mods at this time, the huge increase in recent fraud is crippling our business and taking our focus away from growth.
