Acct Deactived & Azm Won't Dispose Inventory
What do I do when my account was de-activated due to lack of supplier documentation but I can't get the documentation Amazon is requesting? All I want to do is dispose of all remaining inventory and close this store permanently. But Amazon is holding back some inventory in FC Processing Reserved status and the system won't let me create an inventory removal order because the account is in de-activated status but the appeals people won't re-active or dispose of the remaining inventory until I send them supplier documentation, which I can't get because I erroneously trusted a 3rd party management company (who has since vanished like the awful thieves they are) to acquire all inventory and run my store (yes I know it was a huge mistake) so there's NO POSSIBLE WAY to get the documentation required and the appeals people won't provide a workable solution. They are ignoring my appeals at this point. Even the 'Contact Us' button leads me to a page that says "Sorry, you are not authorized to view this page." I don't even care about getting re-activated - I just want to close this store forever! How do I do that?

Hello @Seller_5HD9DRwWnivhp
Thanks for reaching out to Amazon Forums.
To close your account permanently, it first needs to be in good standing. Please refer to performance notifications in Seller Central, where you should receive a notification regarding your account and instructions on how to remedy the issue. After doing that, there are some steps you need to follow.
1. Fulfill any outstanding orders.
2. Wait 90 days after your last sale to ensure the A-to-z Guarantee claims period is honored.
3. Wait until you have a zero balance in your account (your next disbursement or charge date).
4. Resolve all of your transactions with buyers, including issuing any necessary refunds.
5. Confirm that your bank account information on file is up-to-date to receive a final payment.
6. Check your performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.
For additional information, you can visit the "Close your seller account“ help page.
Let me know if you have further questions.
If you meet all the points mentioned above and you still have not been able to close your account, please open a case with our Seller Support team and share the case number with me.
Best,
Nano
