Carrier delivered a shipment to AWD with an appointment but no amazon reference number
Does someone have any experience with a shipment getting delivered to AWD without the shipment or reference number on the appointment? its not partnered carrier
basically, i forgot to put the reference numbers on the BOL, the carrier made the appointment using some random number on the BOL instead of asking me for the amazon reference numbers, and it was delivered
what happens to the freight now? how do i make sure it gets received
amazon should have not let the carrier make an appointment with a PO number that doesn't match up to anything
