IMAGE SEARCH SUPPRESSED PROBLEM
We have been dealing with an image search suppressed listing for a specific ASIN for 2 months now, and Amazon still can't find a better resolution to fix the issue. It's also utterly frustrating how they all have the same response to us and we always wait for 48 hrs. sometimes more, we have tried to delete and relist the listing, and tried to create a feed file to update listing but it's still not going through. We already have more than 10 cases they will just close after they respond to us to wait for hours and still the listing are still suppressed.
They have even responded to just simply upload the images on "Fix your product" tab like we haven't done that in the first place ugh. ITS CRAZY!

Amazon uses Bots to respond to you.. so that is why you see canned stupid responses.. You have to escalate your ticket to a manager.

If you are using the same exact image file, that is probably the issue on the re-upload attempts. I would try changing the image by either using a different photo or changing the original slightly (crop or resize). That way you are basically starting over with a completely new image file. Also, change your wording on your listing for the same reason. You can go back and adjust once the listing has been approved. Basically, make everything a bit different so the system interprets it as an entirely new listing. The caveat being you have other listings that have been added successfully meaning you know what you are doing and this issue is isolated.

Hey @Seller_qlPojL4BHChHi, the seller commenting above me had a good idea, have you since tried this?

I had this same exact issue - opened 10 cases and each time someone from amazon would tell me the same thing: The image looks good and it should be reinstated in 24-48 hours. I lost 8 weeks of sales as well as paying 2 months of storage fees.
After calling for 8 weeks I finally got a rep that was able to help. Honestly, just keep calling - eventually, you will get someone who can help.
