Customer created a chargeback, they kept the items and received a $1200 refund

Something INSANE just happened. Customers can order from you, create a chargeback, keep the items and get refunded. That is what happened to me. Customer buys 3 expensive items for $1211 from me, creates a chargeback, I provide all the info to Amazon, credit card company sides with customer, and the funds get debited out of my account 3 months later. Shipping with signature confirmation was purchased through Amazon. UPS tracking shows UPS delivered and customer signed. I tried creating Safe-T claim, it was denied and here is what the chargeback specialist said. They said it is not covered by the Seller Fulfilled Prime Policy. I also created a case on seller support. See screenshots, what can be done?
