All of my listing have been deactivated

It was my understanding that items under 30$ do not require tracking. My items are mostly between 7 and 14$. They have all been deactivated due to VTR. There is no way I can sell items at 7$ and then pay close to 12$ for shipping/tracking. Could someone please guide me on how to fix this issue

Only items shipped via Canada Post Letter mail or First Class Mail for order totals under $30.

You either need to:

-negiotiate a better wholesale deal from your distributor

-negotiate a better shipping rates with your carrier

-raise your prices for your customers

-or use FBA to ship these items.

I will try and provide some general guidance. For greater detail concerning your specific situation, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.

I can see how this would be confusing and frustrating, especially at this time of year. I believe your Merchant Fulfilled offers have been deactivated, as this would not be an issue with FBA.

Please review this: Valid tracking rate FAQ, in part this states:

Why is my exempted shipment (under CAD 30 including the shipping cost and shipped via Canada Post Standard Mail envelopes) showing in the VTR report?

  • Make sure that you are using the carrier “Canada Post” and the exempted shipping service “Canada Posts Standard Mail envelopes” or “Canada Post First Class Mail envelopes" from the drop-down in the shipping service field in the Confirm shipment page on Seller Central. This is applicable only for Domestic packages.
  • If you confirm shipments via bulk upload, you need to manually enter the exact shipping service “Canada Post Standard Mail envelopes” or “Canada Posts First Class Mail envelopes" in the ship-method field.

This may be only a Category of items, but you may only be selling items from that Category.

My suggestion based only on generalities, would be to first, find the most recent Performance Notification dealing with this. It sounds like you will need to appeal. If so, just explain the facts. You will need:

  1. Root Cause - how and why this happened
  2. Corrective steps - to prevent this from continuing to happen
  3. Preventative steps - by doing this step, will address and correct the Root Cause

I do realize this is very general information. For further assistance, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification.
