Shipment to ABQ2 Marked "Delivered" But Not Checked In – Anyone Else Facing This?

Hi everyone,

I have a shipment (ABQ2) that was marked as "Delivered" on April 16, but as of today (April 26), it still hasn’t been checked in or received in the system.

I understand that delays can happen, especially with high shipping volumes, but 10 days without an update is concerning. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with ABQ2 recently? If this is a widespread problem, maybe we can share updates and solutions. If it’s just an isolated case, I’ll reach out to support for help.

Just wait. We had Easter holidays and nine days is absolutely in the normal. Don't panic.

That's what I consider as absolutely normal and a timely manner.

Seller Help: Reconcile your shipment

Track your shipments: Shipping Queue and shipment events tab

If there is an extended delay and the shipment status reached 'closed', the above links have additional information.
