this buyer said : Is all I can say about this item. unfortunately, it never arrived. I wrote to amazon and apparently it never got sent or the package got lost. So sad about this inconvenient. Hope to get the opportunity to review and test this product in the future. Thank you
obviously, she did not get the test package and tried to contacted amazon , amazon did not send her any new package. so she wrote 3 star review for my listing . its not fair,she said she like the product and want to try ,but there is no opportunity. so could you pls help me remove the vine review of this :B0CXSDT2HT(only one review which post 3 star )

I sympathize with you. vine reviewers seem to give reviews really freely, not receiving a package you could have not reviewed and reacted to Amazon about the issue instead of just reviewing randomly and thus putting ASIN in a bad light, well that obviously doesn't matter to them!
