YYZ1 FBA shipment lost and same response even after proof

Hello,

My FBA shipment was delivered on August 29th and shipment took forever to checked in.

I called before and seller support confirmed that they have received shipment but taking longer time to checked in.

After 3 months the shipment closed and i created another case to know the status. I have provided all the proof of delivery including picture of box sitting in amazon warehouse when deliver and seller support only sending same email like below after multiple resposne.

"Thank you for your response. Amazon has no evidence the units were received by our fulfilment centre and will not issue a reimbursement for these items at this time."
