I am very disappointed with the Amazon Global Logistics service. Initially I thought it was an amazing service and I would be able to save on shipping. After the my delivery date was delayed four times, essentially killing my Christmas sales, I found my products were finally check in today.

I was shocked by a total bill of $3,200 for this order when the estimation was only $840. I understand that taxes & duties were not included in the $840, but to increase my expected cost by 4x is absolutely ridiculous and ruins any profitability for my business. I will be lucky if I can break even because this shipping cost has ruined this last batch sent in.

For context, my supplier offered to ship everything for $1,600 which encompasses all associated costs.

I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue before and if it is possible to dispute this. I hope I can get this resolved because this is unacceptable. I attached screenshots for those curious of the actual costs and the estimated costs.
