Can I edit cut off times for shipping?
Our business is located on the East Coast (EST). Post office closes by 5pm and our other pick ups are shortly after that.
I have been getting orders after 6. Even as late as 9pm from the west coast (Cali or Texas etc) but since its before 5pm there those orders are expected to go out THAT day.
This is especially noticeable now that Amazon has shortened the handling time to only a single day but we are now also forced to use a quicker, more expensive shipping service to make the estimated time (and not only shortened the handling time but it seems like they also reduced the Estimated Delivery Dates by a day or even two too! What the hell!)
Is there any way to edit the cut off time to be 4pm EST? (Even though USPS pick up is at 5pm we need time to actually fulfill the order too!)

Under order fulfillment/general shipping settings you can change your cut off time under shipping settings.

If you are only shipping from the East Coast, and do not have additional ship-from locations in other time zones, then a later cut off time will be required to show faster promises later in the day for customers further west. If you do have additional ship-from locations in other time zones, we encourage you to use Shipping Settings Automation (SSA), which will localize cut off time for each warehouse to the respective time zone.
