Account Suspension and No Response from Performance Team - Seeking Advice

Hi Friends,

I need your help and advice regarding a frustrating situation I'm facing with my Amazon seller account. Here's the gist:

1. Received copyright claims for 7 ASINs, resulting in account suspension.

2. Sent DMCA notice to Amazon's legal team.

3. After 12 business days, notice was received to restore the 7 ASINs, indicating no copyright violation.

4. Submitted appeal to the Account Health team.

5. It has been over a month with no response from the Performance Team.

6. Contacted Account Health teams, Sales Partner Support, and Seller Help Amazon on X to no avail.

I'm extremely disappointed and seeking advice from this community. Have any of you experienced something similar? How did you resolve it? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
