my account was deactivated

either you reactivate my account or you close it I don't want my information to be on Amazon seller, because my account was deactivated by mistake, I haven't even started selling, I also work at Amazon and I don't understand why are you doing this to me, I don't know what information you need

Since you just started selling, it's probably the regular suspension that Amazon does to all new accounts shortly after they start to verify the information before giving you the A-OK and really approving your account. I think the process takes a few days? I don't have any experience with it, though, because my account predates Amazon doing this so it isn't something I went through.

Could you provide additional information regarding the reason for the deactivation? What steps have you taken to resolve the issue as of now?

If the account has already been deactivated, then the account cannot be closed down as it is already considered to be inactive. You would need to reactivate the account to be able to take action to close it down. We ask that you continue to refer to this thread with your information so that we can provide guidance to you.
