No Response on Compliance Documents and My Listing Was Removed
Hi fellow sellers,
I’m writing this post out of sheer frustration with the lack of support I’ve received regarding my compliance documents and the removal of my listing. I’m not just a small business—I’m a tiny business—and this experience has been incredibly disheartening.
Back in September, I submitted compliance documents from a reputable, well-known manufacturer. I followed up every week for updates, but no one responded to my inquiries. After weeks of waiting, my documents were denied with no explanation or reason why.
I contacted customer service again to ask for clarification and tried to research the issue myself in the meantime. I resubmitted the documents, hoping for a resolution. Then, last Friday, my product listing was removed. Once again, I reached out multiple times for help or more information, but all I get are vague promises that my issue has been “logged with the team.” No one follows up, and no one can give me a clear answer.
This is devastating for my business, especially since we’re just two weeks away from the start of the biggest shopping season of the year. To make matters worse, I’m supposed to be featured in a media outlet as a success story, but now my product isn’t even available on Amazon.
I know Amazon works with thousands of sellers, and it’s easy to feel like I’m just another number. But this is my livelihood and my savings on the line. Amazon has positioned itself as a champion of small businesses, women-owned businesses, and minority entrepreneurs. Yet, once you’re in, the support can feel non-existent, leaving sellers stuck and powerless.
I’m sharing this because I hope someone at Amazon sees this and realizes the impact these delays and lack of communication have on small sellers like me. We’re not just statistics; we’re real people relying on this platform to support our businesses and our families.
If anyone has advice or has faced a similar situation, I’d appreciate any guidance you can offer. I just want to get my listing back up and move forward.
Thank you,
Stacy

Hello @Seller_DfvOB0ABtJOqy,
Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. I understand your frustration and the inconvenience you've experienced. I do recognize that compliance issues and listing removals can significantly impact your business. I want to assist in finding a resolution.
With the help from an internal team I reviewed a few things. Please review the ADDITIONAL guidance you have received in your case log. Open Case ID 16139464321 and verify the Compliance Documents are correct and complete. It seems there may be some information that is still required.
Please review this guidance: Children's Product Certificate as this may help with figuring out exactly what may be missing.
Please review this policy page: Product compliance documentation
I truly do want to help you resolve your compliance challenges.
Thank you for reaching out on the Forums. The Forums and I are here to support you. If you need additional assistance, please let me know.
