Urgent: Inventory discrepancy Issue for Shipment FBA18B7032S6 - Request for Investigation
Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the inventory listing for my shipment with the shipment ID FBA18B7032S6. CASE ID 16823111671
The shipment includes six SKUs, and the quantities of each SKU are as follows: 6 SKU,each sku with 250units
However, I have noticed that Amazon has almost entirely listed all of the products under one SKU, which is incorrect. As follow:
1 sku received 1330units(ONLY SENT 250 UNITS), other 5 skus ONLY received 170units
This discrepancy is causing issues with product availability and visibility for the other SKUs. And the buyer will receive the wrong item
I would like to emphasize that prior to sending the shipment to your fulfillment center, my team and I carefully checked the labeling of all products to ensure accuracy. I am confident that all the labels were applied correctly, and there was no mix-up or error from our side.
I kindly request that your team investigate the situation to ensure that the correct quantities and SKUs are properly listed and distributed in the system. It would be helpful if you could provide an update on the status of the investigation and any actions being taken to resolve the issue.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this as soon as possible. CASE ID 16823111671 @Dominic_Amazon @KJ_Amazon@Sandy_Amazon@Christine_Amazon @Topher_Amazon @KJ_Amazon

This is normal, just work the case. Oh and dont be so wordy in the case. A good way to put this would be:
MSKU, Final Discrepancy, Action Required
Shipment ID FBA18B7032S6
SKU1234 -1 units Please Investigate
SKU4567 -2 units Please Investigate
SKU7891 -3 Units Please Investigate
SKU 2345 -4 Units Please Investigate
Proof of Delivery Bill of Lading is attached
Invoice is attached
(The SKUs and -Units I entered are generic, enter the accurate data when creating the case)

Hello @Seller_2N3PSUmrhcbc7
Christine here from Amazon Forums.
I wanted to let you know that I see you have multiples cases open with the team in charge of the investigation for the same shipment.
Please know that in peak season, the amount of shipment to Amazon highly increase along with the investigations, while this is taking longer than expected, the recommendation is for you to wait until you receive a resolution from the team in charge.
As soon as you have an answer and if you still need help, please let me know so we can double-check for you.
Christine.
