Just to update one single attribute "Manufacturer Contact Information" has changed, "Amazon Brand Registry Support" suggesting to delete all our listing for 24 hours and then try to update company address? We are able to update all the product attribute but we can't update this single attribute? its Big flaw in the system, Also, its tremendous loss to Amazon and its Customers who will not be able to purchase our products for 24 hours as our listing will be offline. This is not acceptable "Amazon Brand Registry Support", please provide other best solutions.

First of all, thank you for sharing the case ID you opened with Selling Partner Support, it allowed me to comprehend better what you are trying to do.
I comprehend that you do not want to delete the ASIN for 24 hours given the impact it could cause to your sales, therefore, I reviewed this with an expert in the topic and suggested three steps we you can do prior deleting the ASIN.
- Try to "Edit" the listing and wait 24-48 hours to see if it will update.
- If 1 does not update, try to upload a partial file update.
- If 2 does not work, try the full file update.
I understand you are unable to do point 1, because of the screenshots you shared in the case. Thus, I need to know if you have tried steps 2 and 3. Please find below two detail pages including the steps you need to follow:
Additionally, it is also important what is mentioned in the help page Product detail page rules, since it indicates the following:
- You may only update detail pages to better or more accurately describe the product as originally listed. For example, permissible updates include additional details, clarifications, grammatical fixes, or removal of content that violates Amazon policy.
- You must not use an existing listing for a new version of a product. This includes changes in color, size, material, features, and product name. Instead, create a new product detail page for each new version. For example, a manufacturer updates its streaming media player by adding a new remote control with four buttons instead of two. This product is materially different from the older version and it must be listed as a new ASIN.
- If you choose to re-brand a product, please refer to Amazon Brand Name Policy page for minor Brand name changes. Any major Brand Name change requests are considered re-branding and will not be supported. To protect Customer trust and ensure catalog quality, we ask that you create a new ASIN for the new product.
Being said this, please do try following those two steps and let me know in this thread by November 22nd, if they fixed the issue. Otherwise, please do also let me know if it did not, so I can escalate the case to an internal team to understand better what is preventing you to update that attribute.
