I made a wire transfer to Amazon's Wells Fargo account on November 9, 2023 in order to regulate my negative balance but I had no reply from Amazon and I messaged support several times but they keep transferring to the internal team and no one would give me an answer. I need the wire transfer payment confirmed and refunded. Anyone else who has made payments through wire transfers? How did you go about the confirmation?
