Restricted policy violation - ISED and HVIN
i have listed a carbon monoxide alarm on Amazon. However, I received a notice that the product is suspended due to restricted policy violation and it needs ISED registration and HVIN number. Now the product is fully legit to be sold in Canada. I have the ISED certification number and the HVIN number submitted in the documents yet amazon keeps rejecting everytime I appeal and provides a standard response. I asked them to call me and they still replied with a standard response saying sorry we cannot reinstate your product as it is restricted.
