Does signature upon delivery protect you from thieves?

Hello, almost every day I have packages customers claim never arrived. I sell products worth more than $200 through FBM. Losing alot of money.

As you cannot buy shipping labels through Amazon in Canada, can you be safe if you require signature with your shipping services?

Only if the customer signs for it. If the courier skips that requirement, or has the wrong person sign, you would have to go through the courier's insurance and file a claim.

if I send proof of signature and delivery to Amazon it is sufficient for them to consider closing the case in my favour?

That is the policy here on Amazon. You may have to appeal to get it though.
