My account has been deactivated while I still waiting for the postcard

Last week, Amazon asked me to verify my address and they sent me a postcard with the verification code. The Estimated Delivery is 8/25/2024. However, I didn't receive it on that day. I also received a warning to deactivated my account. I called the support and the man on the line told me it could be fine, just wait. He told me to click on "start verification" and my account will not be deactivated. I did it.

On 8/26/2024, one day after the estimated day, Amazon deactivated my account, while the status of the delivery is dispatched. As I didn't received the post card, how can I verify the address? But my account was still deactivated.

Can anyone please help me? I tried to contact the customer service again and one again he told me it will be fine as they told me last time. Can I get my account re-activated while still waiting for the postcard to come? because that made no-sense Amazon closed my account because of failing to verify the mailing address while they didn't deliver the postcard to me.

Remember, you are not looking for a little postcard. You are looking for a large, unmarked envelope with one sheet of paper inside.

I realize it has been a few days since you created that post and apologize for the delay. Have you received the post card yet? Are you able to track the delivery from within your Seller Central account?

It sounds like this is for address verification for the INFORM Consumers Act. If you have already created a case with Seller Support for this, would you mind sharing the case # below and I'd be happy to take a further look there.

I am going to do a couple of checks on my end, but will hang tight here for your reply.

CR back here again. I had a chance to peek into your account and see that the post card is still showing in transit to your location. However, I am also seeing that it shows you a delivery date of 8/25/24 and your account is currently deactivated.

I am going to see if I can reach out to the appropriate partner team here to see if I can get you some further information an details. I am going to put this together now and get it over to them. While I don't have a definitive time frame on when I'll hear back, please know that this is on my radar and will provide you with an update back here just as soon as I have something to share.
