IPI Dropping each week due to Amazon's Inventory SNAFU's
I have been watching my IPI score drop each week due to stranded or lost inventory that either cannot be returned to me, or is has been unavailable for sale for the last 6 months or more.
In some cases, Amazon has been unable to find my inventory to have it returned to me. I have opened several cases and Support agents continuously make false assurances with updates that say they're continuing to work until eventually they close the case without any resolution.
Support Cases: 13905907561, 13755672551
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Additionally, I have been looking further and further into Amazon's mismanagement of my inventory and recently recieved an "Aged Inventory Surcharge" email.
So I looked at how many of my ASIN's are going to incur extra charges and was dismayed to find this:

It is not so much the amount of money that is being charged for these units, but it is the fact that these units have been unsellable and lost in the FBA system for months and Amazon's poor inventory management has been negatively effecting my IPI score while also charging me money and dragging down my IPI.
What is the best way to get this fixed?

Hi @Seller_Qvkq0XIyYVeNa, thanks for sharing the case numbers and I'm sorry to read about this. I'm escalating these cases now for further assistance from the partner team, so please keep an eye out for new correspondence in the next few days.
