Our policy for mouth tape
Customers have to be confident that they'll find a selection of safe, reliable, and compliant products on Amazon. We don’t allow the listing or sale of non-compliant or prohibited products. In the interest of safety, mouth tapes are prohibited.
Never go by what you see people getting away with. Drug paraphernalia is prohibited. Drug paraphernalia abounds (just a comparable example). It's a bad idea to attempt to sell any prohibited item.

As mentioned by @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl, we do have a very specific policy for mouth tape. This help page as they mentioned does require proof that your products meet all of our requirements to be eligible for sale.
Here's a section from this page:
If you believe that your product has been incorrectly classified as prohibited, submit the following information to highrisk-childsafety@amazon.com:
Have you reached out to this team to provide any supporting evidence to show the product is safe and meets our requirements to be sold? We on the provided help page advised on including the following key points:
- A list of the ASINs that you believe have been misclassified
- An explanation of why you believe that the ASINs have been misclassified
- Evidence that demonstrates that the ASINs have been misclassified
I also wanted to touch on what @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl, it is very important to always make sure that your products comply with these types of policies or that your can provide supporting documentation to confirm compliance. Although there may be products listed, they may not have been removed, or they may have a different source, or as noted above have supporting documentation that verifies compliance.
These situations are typically a dispute only scenario, I would also advise if you have a case you created for this to offer the case ID as it may provide a little more information.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
