Address Verification Code - Missing code field

I recieved the postcard in the mail with the verification code. I also keep getting emails telling me I need to type in a code to register my address. I have the code but when I log in the address verification box is nowhere to be found. Clicking on Business Address and Phone Number leads me to this screen.

Any suggestions on how to proceed? Thanks.

Good Morning!

I realize this situation surrounding reverification for the INFORM Consumers Act is very frustrating and our team is working on fixing the existing issues on this as soon as possible.

I wanted to provide some information on this specific issue as well.

The system will require a postcard if the sellers address cannot be verified automatically. Not all sellers will have to go through this process.

However if you did have to request a post card and then at a later time your address is able to be verified automatically then the system will indicate the address is verified and there will not be a place to enter the verification code. This sounds like what is happening here.

If you are showing your address as verified, then you should be good to go.

Hope this helps!

I'm in the same situation. My plan is to disregard the emails since my account info screen clearly indicates my address has been verified successfully. Like @CR_Amazon says, " if you did have to request a post card and then at a later time your address is able to be verified automatically then the system will indicate the address is verified and there will not be a place to enter the verification code. This sounds like what is happening here." AND "If you are showing your address as verified, then you should be good to go."

I think all of our address have been automatically verified through the address appearing on all of the other documentation we were required to submit (driver's license, bank statement, credit card statement etc.) I think the real glitch here is the Amazon system that automatically generates these emails telling us we need to type in a code to verify our address when clearly our addresses have already been verified.

Multiple sellers are experiencing this.

You can add your name to the list on this thread →Issue with Address Verification Card.

Hopefully, a Community Manager will be able to look into this or will post an update later today.
