Hello, this is my first time registering on Amazon, and immediately after registering, I requested a utility bill. Okay, I provided all the necessary receipts, a bank statement (I marked the withdrawal of $ 39.9 with a marker), attached my bank card and passport. All receipts are in my name and address.
I don’t know what else is needed, I sent it in several copies and as a photo and pdf, but nothing.
My friend passed the utility bill without any problems, similar documents (of course, only the address is different).
Please understand this problem.

Sorry, but this is a very simple process. Amazon requested a very specific document. Did the email request receipts, bank statement, bank card or passport? Only send Amazon what they request. More is not better.

Amazon uses computer programs to communicate with you. So, you are not dealing with a person. Very, very, very frustrating to say the least. Anyways, I had and continue to have big problems with trying to appease their requirements too. One tip I can offer: Only send files in PDF format. Even though it says you can send them in .png ,jpg, don’t do it. It will not accept and it won’t tell you why. I only learnt this by searching all over the internet trying to find the answer. Someone posted it on some non-amazon affiliated blog. So, the lesson is, don’t expect any help or cooperation from the one place you need it most.

Thank you all for your remarks, I did send a JPG copy of my PassPort ! I will try and convert it to PDF but I doubt that will do anything as my image was very clear. As for the other statements you can choose to send either your bank statement or your Visa statement. With the amount of failures I tried to send them both in alternate tries.
I didn’t send any more or any less then what Amazon requested. When I did this last year it worked right away. Go figure!!!

With the information you provided, I understand that you have proactively submitted different documents in place of Utility bills.
As you mentioned that same were not accepted. I suggest you to submit Utility Bill.
Listing you the bills that you can submit:
Gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service with name and address visible.
And also make sure that content on documents is clearly visible and documents are authentic.
