Amazon UAE asked me to submit compliance documents for one of my best selling product, which falls in toys category, otherwise Amazon will remove it from the the store 😭😞

Can anyone please help me, how to get compliance documents for my product in UAE? 🙏🙏🙏

I already contacted the service providers on Amazon but no one responded
