Not getting invitation link for video interview
Hello
My account was deactivated and Amazon asked for Video call verification and I have booked 3 different slots for interview and I have not get any link for interview
All dates has been passed and when I try to contact seller support they always reply with a typical auto generated reply that ''this is not a correct channel to submit appeal''
It is been a month that my account is deactivated and they are not sending a invitation link
Kindly help me if anyone has experience regarding this issue

I understand you have recently set up a video verification call, but never received a confirmation of the call time. We would typically need to wait until we are within 48 hours of the furthest date selected.
Based off this information, I have requested a new verification link be sent to your account. This may take 3-7 business days. Please watch your email (including your spam folder) and Performance Notification page for an updated link to set up the call again. Additionally, feel free to provide updates here in the thread so that we may better assist you.
