Subscribe & Save Reinstatement
Hello Amazon Forum,
Amazon mistakenly applied a regular coupon as a Subscribe & Save coupon. When I created a case for this instead of rectifying the coupon issue they removed the product from Subscribe & Save. We had 176 subscriptions. It has been 5 months and countless cases opened, phone calls, emails, etc., and Amazon still refuses to reinstate the Subscribe & Save option. Does anyone have any thoughts, solutions?

I wanted to reach out to you regarding this discussion. I see that you spoke with Selling Partner Support on CASE ID ending in 7031 and they were requesting you provide them with more information such as CASE IDs.
I would recommend writing back to them with:
- The case you filed when the ASIN lost its Subscribe and Save status
- Share the case you got the ASIN approved for Subscribe and Save status
The support team requires more information in order to proceed with their investigation. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions regarding their request. Have a wonderful rest of the week.
