I have an order from Canada that the customer put their physical street address in address line one and their PO Box in address line two. I can't buy postage here on Amazon because the Amazon system isn't smart enough to see that the address in line one is physical street address. I want to ship this via DHL but all of the shipping options are unavailable so no DHL or Canada Post. Carriers that don't deliver to PO Boxes will just ignore the PO Box and just deliver to the physical street address but of course Amazon's shipping software can't figure that out because the genius who coded this doesn't understand real life logistics.

This seems to be an issue that has plagued Amazon's shipping software for years. It would be nice if the software engineers in India would focus on real problems such as this one instead of just changing the layout of the website every couple of months.

Seller support is of course no help only telling me to go buy the postage outside of Amazon.
