SKU Keeps Getting Deleted
All of my products are FBA and starting Saturday, March 24th, my main SKU keeps getting deleted which is stranding my inventory. I can relist and it fixes the issue for a while but then my listing gets deleted again. I have spoke to 6+ reps over the past few days and some say it was a technical issue with Amazon, others say it is one of my 3rd party apps. This has now been going on for 3 days and I have no idea how to stop my listing from getting deleted. This is my main SKU so it is really affecting my business. Is anyone else having issues like this?

I'm sorry you are having difficulties with this SKU being deleted. In general Amazon will not delete SKUs or Listings as Amazon can't delete your SKUs, only actions by you can delete a SKU. However if you have a 3rd Party App running updates, it may be fully replacing and deleting your offer when it updates your listings. If you provide your most recent Seller Support Case ID I can review and see what options exist to investigate further. Thank you for your understanding.
