No sellers support whatsoever

I've been selling books and CD's on Amazon for more than 10 years. I'm far from a major seller, but year in year out, Amazon will probably make a few hundred dollars from my sales without having much to do. Now my account has been deactivated because Amazon says that I need to furnish some documents to prove my identity. I've done so, but I get a message saying that the 'Verification Failed'. I got to a 'Get Support' page and sent a 'Get Help' message. But I just got an email saying that it was not the correct channel to submit it... without indicating what would be the 'correct channel'. Finally got a "Contact Us" button somewhere, but it leads to a page with a message 'Sorry, you are not authorized to view this page'. THIS IS A CRAZY HOUSE!!! I've had enough. I'll wait 24 hours to see if anything happens. If not, I'll close my account and give the hundreds of books and cds I've got left to charities.

24 hours --- amazon seller support is never that quick unless you are getting an AI computer agent (which seem to be optimized for quick rejections).

Sometimes you will get the "you are not authorized to view" message because the amazon link is to .com when you are signed on to .ca (amazon does not always get the links correct). It can also occur if the seller is "Individual" level and amazon is only allowing "professional" level sellers to view.

Sometimes the problem will be that the name or address on the documents does not match what you have on file with amazon -- it can be a minor difference -- computers are dumb. Examples: John A MacDonald versus John MacDonald. Unit 411 versus Apt 411.

Another problem can be the document format or the document viewing quality (too small, too blurry, detected as being altered/processed).
