A-to-Z claim due to Canada Post strike

Hi Mod,

We had an A-to-Z claim due to Canada Post strike, order ID 702-7690026-8963457.

We shipped the order on time, but the package was delivered late due to strike.

Amazon granted the claim and count the claim against our ODR.

Amazon denied our appeal.

We would like to ask mods to help us to remove this claim from the ODR.

Thank you

@Ricardo_Amazon

The product has been delivered.

Order ID: 702-6724285-9234628

Dear Amazon Support,

We would like to provide clarification regarding the ongoing issue with the customer's order. According to the tracking information, the product has been DELIVERED to the customer. However, the customer has filed an A-to-Z claim, and a full refund has already been processed.

As a result, the customer will have received both the product and the refunded amount. This puts our store in a difficult position, and we would like to highlight that this issue occurred beyond our control. We kindly request your assistance in informing the customer about the delivery of the product and ensuring they return the item.

Furthermore, this situation has negatively impacted our store's performance metrics. We kindly ask that you reverse the ODR (Order Defect Rate) penalty, as we have taken every possible step to support the customer. Please note that we are committed to providing the best possible service and continually strive to prevent such issues in the future.

Thank you for your understanding and support in resolving this matter.

Subject: Request for Review of A-to-Z Claims Impact

@Ricardo_Amazon

Dear Amazon Support Team,

I am reaching out regarding the following A-to-Z claims, which were filed during the Canada Post strike and have impacted my order defect rate (ODR):

• Order ID: 701-6856996-9349040

• Order ID: 701-5043985-9625069 (Case ID: 16982355621)

• Order ID: 701-5266227-3865048 (Case ID: 16982293451)

• Order ID: 702-6258536-5651411 (Case ID: 16943197311)

• Order ID: 702-8820591-5964220

• Order ID: 701-2638563-7456200 (Case ID: 16934358131)

These claims were initiated due to delivery delays caused by the Canada Post strike, which were beyond my control. In most cases, the customers have confirmed receipt of their orders and expressed satisfaction, acknowledging that filing an A-to-Z claim was a mistake.

Some of these claims are marked as transferred, but others remain unresolved. I kindly request your review to ensure these claims do not negatively impact my account health or ODR, as the issues have been addressed and resolved with customers.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
