How to maximize FBM delivery time estimate

My delivery estimate is 1 day behind everyone else, and I can't figure out why. For free economy, on all my listings I am behind by 1 day. For context, my handling time is set to 0 (Same day), the free Shipping template is set to 3-5 (The fastest possible), my ASINs have a blank handling time, My Late shipment rate is 0%, my Pre-fulfillment cancels rate 0%, Valid Tracking Rate 100%, On-Time delivery rate 100%, on top of this amazon is constantly sending me emails saying my handling rate and estimated delivery date is too long. After toggling both of them, I also deactivated SSA & Automated handling time to see if that would fix it (It did not). I also created a new shipping template just in case that was the issue and the problem still exists. We are a 5-star seller with 80+ reviews and we are losing the box to new sellers because they're estimated delivery time is one day sooner.

I've tried everything and the problem persists. Any ideas?

Have you checked the SKUs themselves to make sure they don't have a different handling time saved at the SKU level?

Where are you located? Amazon uses all sorts of insane metrics tracking shipping and delivery times.

It MIGHT just be a matter that your particular location and PO and Distribution Centers just stink at their jobs and packages going through there are generally running late.

My PO and Sorting Centers work great and Amazon continually tells me I have a delivery "gap" and should change to shorter handling time.

NO! I don't need or want the added pressure from Amazon or anyone else. I like to take a day off every so often.

I do not, we are closed Saturday. Would that fix the issue?
