My account has been deactivated for no reason pls help!
Amazon deactivated my account almost three weeks ago now and I have no idea why and they have not told me anything. I contacted seller support and they said it’s bc of fraud. How on earth could that be possible. I have literally just started selling on amazon in June. All my inventory is FBA. I have zero bad reviews my account is 100% healthy. I’ve only had 3 returns out of almost 40 orders no bad review zero customer complaints I don’t understand. Seller support told me to send them my shipping template from my manufacturer. I did, I screen shot that my is 100% healthy. I sent in my invoice from my supplier they sent me one email back and said my account is still deactivated for deception and fraud. I have no idea what they are talking about and they won’t tell. Can someone please help me, please. I have spent so much money and time to start this Amazon store only for two months later for amazon to close my account and make up a reason and say anything. Seller support has no idea what the is going on they don’t know what else to do. They said it’s another department and seller support has said several times, they don’t know why they closed my account. I’m out of so much money and they Amazon has not even responded to me anymore! They have over 160 pieces of my inventory and they won’t even respond back to me so I can get my inventory. This is so wrong, I’m crying every day so depressed and desperate for help and no one will help me. I worked so hard to start this Amazon business I spent so much money doing everything the right was making sure I did everything correctly just for Amazon to do me like this can someone please help me. Amazon has showed me no proof of fraud on my account. They basically said they were closing my account bc of that without any proof or evidence this makes no sense I literally was a mistake and it would be fixed right away but it has been weeks. They have my inventory, they have not released none of my money. I have called and called them no one can help me bc they say it’s a different department but they don’t see any fraud on my account. I’m literally in shambles they took everything and I can do nothing pls help!

Seller Performance is the department that suspended your account. Seller Support does not deal with the same issues Performance does.
If your account is suspended then Seller Performance will have sent you an email saying why you were suspended. I recommend reading it and then posting it on the forum after removing any personal information from it.
There are many reasons to be suspended, only about half of them are related to account health.
