unfair A to Z claim

The product with order number 701-0945554-5679445 was hand-delivered to the buyer by UNI UNI cargo company on November 6, 2024. Delivery proof photos showing that the product was delivered to the buyer by hand are attached. The promised delivery date of the product is between November 4 and November 7, and the product was delivered to the buyer on time. However, the buyer wrote to Amazon on November 12 that he did not receive the product and received a refund under A to Z. The refund made with A to Z was recorded in our ODR metric and our buy box value became 0. We delivered the product to the buyer on time. We sent all the evidence of this to Amazon. However, Amazon official did not remove the A to Z request. This decision is completely wrong. According to Amazon policies, we must deliver the product to the buyer within the delivery date and proof of delivery is required. We both delivered on time and have proof of delivery. But Amazon defends the buyer who made false statements, not the seller who is right. We have shared shipping information below. We have enclosed the delivery proof taken when the buyer received the product in person. If delivery proof is requested, it can be confirmed on the cargo company's page. We request that the necessary investigation be carried out and the A to Z request be removed from our ODR value immediately.
