A to Z Guarantee delivered
The irony, my account was suspeneded because I did not use integrated courier. I had few pending order so I used integrated courier. Now customer submited a claim against me and won even though it show it was delivered.
So do suck it up, and eat the cost at my expense? Will I be able to claim this against canadapost even though it shows delivered?
The customer message me and I responded within 5 min and let them know to check with the concierge or building manager as thats what the tracking detailed. I even sent them a screenshot to make it more simple. Sad thing is that I ship the customer brand new book even though I listed as like new. In hope I can get postive feedback. If this was UniUni they have evidence of delivery with pictures of address and drop off but I couldn't use them because they were not integrated so I went with Canadapost. The irony of it all...
The customer didn't even replied back to my message. I assume everything was ok and now I get this claim against me. Very upsetting from customer and how amazon handled this.
Customer issue: Package didn't arrive
Customer comments:
I have not received the book. It is strange as amazon is saying that it has been delivered. that has never happened before

Why is this happening? The customer reported an issue with delivery. In this case, the tracking information indicates delivered, but the customer did not receive the package. Because you provided sufficient information that proves order was actually received by the customer, we will not count the claim against your Order Defect Rate. Show less

Unless you got a signature upon delivery, customer wins.
Canada Post is almost as bad. You start a claim, give them the buyers contact info. Canada Post asks them to confirm the non-delivery. If the customer does not reply to them, you lose there too. And in my experience, buyers don't want to be bothered with it, they already have a refund.

Conflicting Statements Above.
You say they suspended you, but they say it didn't count against your Order Defect Rate. Which is it?

we use track.westnet.ca for shipping they ship world wide and in CAlgary they ship delivery the packages as well.
on track.westnet.ca you can also track Canadapost packages with more info than canadapost and its loads really fast its very light weight .it also shows product delivery images. its really cool.

There are many details to pay attention to in FBM sales, so you should focus on FBA sales. The customer's problem is endless and there are too many customers who lie. The one who says he didn't buy the product even though he bought it.
In this case, Amazon makes the seller lose money. I also sell with Shopify. Canada Post does not lose 1 product out of 7000 orders. However, on Amazon FBM, at least 4 losses in 100 orders is impossible.
