I have two random charges on my credit card that I asked in few message with amazon team. When I sent my screenshot of the random charges, they just deleted the case and cant see it anywhere.

I can't believe that instead of just answering why they are charging me for no reason and refunding me, they just delete the case with no way to see all the conversation with them.
