How to stop third party sellers from selling my product?

I am the brand owner of my product that is selling on Amazon. I have never signed a distribution agreement for any third party seller to sell my product. However, Amazon is allowing these sellers to sell my product and undercut my price. They are also enjoying the ads that I am running on my product. Since their price is cheaper, customers purchase from them yet I am paying for the ads. I emailed Amazon and they gave me a canned response with some useless links about reporting abuse. Does anyone have any idea how I can stop this? What is the point of Brand Registry if Amazon allows this?

I am so sorry this is happening to you! I also am a brand owner, and I don't understand how this is happening?

How are they getting your product to ship at a lower price?

I heard that you have to do a test buy, and see what they are selling, but of course you shouldn't have to do that. I heard it doesn't even matter if your in brand registry, which is a shame.

Sorry I cant help, but I heard a mod can help if you have a case #, so I was going to suggest you post the case #.

Good luck!

Hello @Seller_WQr14p3Rx369j!

Amazon's policies allow any seller to list items for sale on an ASIN so long as the intellectual property accurately represents the item being sold and has not been illegally reproduced. This includes intellectual property for which you are the rights owner.

As @Seller_WBnGS7Ix3XiDX mentioned, I strongly encourage you to complete a test buy and see what the actual product is that is being sold from this seller and if it does not match the listing, reporting it through Report a Violation will be your next step!
