Hi Everyone,
I started with an Amazon Seller account last year in 2024. I couldn't sell my inventory, so I decided to remove everything for two reasons: FBA was charging a massive amount—around $2,000 per month—and my ROI was in negative numbers. After I disposed of everything, FBA kept charging the same amount for one item that was left behind from the disposition. FBA is still charging me around $2,000 per month, even though I don’t have much inventory. Additionally, I just called Amazon Seller Support, and they told me that I can't close the account because I have a debt of $5,000 due to FBA fees.
I am currently working, and half of my salary is going to Amazon. I am devastated by the way they are charging me. I am trying to find ways to make them stop, but there are more and more charges. I am not psychologically stable because of this situation. I have even thought about suicide to stop them from charging me.
This has been the worst experience of my life. Nobody can help me, and [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary]
