Help! Amazon Partnered Carrier trying to extort money from our account and sent us to collections.
Amazon did not issue payment to a Partnered Carrier and now the carrier is trying to collect money from us. Carrier refuses to contact Amazon for collection and wants payment from us unless Amazon fills out a re-billing form. I have opened several cases, but one case was entirely deleted while the other did not lead to the carrier being paid. The carrier has still not been paid by Amazon and if left unpaid, we will be sent to collections. Please help. Case IDs posted below.
