Listing Is Inactive But Has Stock In FBA Warehouse
Hello,
I was creating a variation listing with 3 ASINS via a bulk file. The bulk file went through successfully, however, one of the ASINS is now inactive (Out of stock) despite having stock in the FBA Warehouse.
The stock shows up as stranded, and every time I refresh the stranded reason, it remains stranded. The error it gives me is "Inventory Error". I've contacted Amazon support and they "Refreshed" my listing and told me to wait 1 hour, I've waited, and the issue is still present.
I've even deleted the ASIN and re-uploaded it via a bulk file, and the issue still remains.
Support team isn't being much help, and I'm hoping someone in the forums can help.
Has anyone dealt with this? If so, how did you fix it?

FBA inventory is connected to the listing through the FNSKU. Make sure the SKU on the inventory matches the SKU on the listing. If it does not, delete the listing and rebuild it with the matching SKU.

Happened to me also while fixing a child/parent variation, scared the hell out of me. I waited a few minutes, then clicked on fix stranded inventory, there was a button that says "convert to FBA", then 15 mins later, they weren't stranded any more. A few days later, I did a similar upload, since my child is still separated from the family (support won't help even though it's apparently an Amazon backend problem), same stranded inventory problem, this time after clicking "fix stranded", something else came up, not "convert to FBA" I can't remember what it was now, but 15 mins after clicking it, it fixed the problem again. Good luck!

Chances are it is being moved to another warehouse. When it is in transit and they have no idea when it will arrive, they will show 0 in inventory. I forget which report it is, but you can see it there.

Hi there @Seller_KaOqqNFXhQT99,
In general you should be able to resolve most stranded inventory issues via the stranded inventory overview help page however if you are still having issues with your inventory it is recommended that you reach out to Seller Support. If you would like me to review further please provide your most recent Seller Support case and I can see what options I can offer. Thank you for your understanding.
