Perhaps Jeff Bezos is no longer involved. He is too busy shooting off rockets for rich folks. If you need seller support there is no one in the USA to help and most decisions are made by algorithms. AI will doom us all. Lets see if an algorithm or a guy in India will close my account for being honest.

Not very likely. If that were the case I would have been gone several years ago already. If they are REALLY out for you they will look at every transaction (or attempted transaction) for the history of your account and ask for old long discarded invoices.

Nothing left but to joke about it all. Not paranoid, can only laugh at it all. Most small business sellers like us understand what I say.

I can understand its frustrating feeling like your concerns aren't being heard and that you aren't getting support. Amazon uses lots of technology to support the large scale of buyers and sellers but it doesn't mean that Amazon has stopped listening. If you have specific experiences you are looking to provide feedback on or would like reviewed I'm happy to do so if you provide your most recent Seller Support Case.
