Has anyone ever been able to contact a manager?
I am loosing thousands upon thousands in revenue because Amazon's system wont update on the backend so i'm the one paying the price because of their system. I have thousands of units in stranded inventory and I don't even want to think about how much it's going to cost to send it all back to me.
I have 32 cases of trying to fix what seems to be a very simple issue but the problem is account health just reads from a script and don't do anything.
Has anyone ever been able to get past the entry level people? Would love a email or phone number.
