Why don't you describe your problem here? Amazon doesn't pay their employees to give private lessons. Did you search for your problem in seller central with the help of the search bar? Did you watch the videos in seller university in seller central?

Good Morning @Seller_UUTojuNwcNuYX - I wanted to check in on your thread and see if you still required assistance regarding contacting support.
- When you click the help button in the top right hand side of Seller Central there is a button that takes you to Seller Support.
- After that you can choose a selection that matches with your request, and you should have the option to either submit an email or phone call
