Canada Marketplaces
I am trying to to get rid of Canada, Brazil and Mexico Marketlplaces that is linked to my US account. I currenlty have 4 items that are in US FBA that is also Active in Canada Marketplace that I did not activate. I do not want this and besides my Vendor does NOT allow shipping and selling outside the US. If this is not resolved rather quickly my vendor will demand me shut down selling their products on Amzon period.

You can't "get rid of" them. They are all a part of the unified US account. Clear out any inventory and put those stores on Vacation mode.

First of all, DO NOT ASK AMAZON TO REMOVE THESE MARKETPLACES!!!!
Next, put them on Vacation mode. Then go into each marketplace, go to Manage Inventory, and you should be able to delete the listings.
As for charges, you are charged a total of $39.99/month (with slight variance due to exchange rates), which is spread over the marketplaces that you have active. The total amount doesn't change, whether the charge is spread out or just in the .com marketplace, so don't worry that you are being overcharged.
