Amazon Deliberatly Sets Order Status to Lost for Buyer to file A-Z CLaim

Have received several Buyers Stating that they have not received their order based on Amazon order status, where clearly order shows delivered
Have received several Buyer stating they have received orders despite order status showing Lost
i can only attach 5 images , but otherwise i have a full compilation of orders
Amazon deliberately send out email to buyer for asking to claim if lost, in such manner that Seller get punished in their performance metrics trough A-Z which affects Feature Buy Box win.
