Hello, i am doing part RA drop-shipping from Walmart while trying to make enough capital.
Anyone who dealt with Amazon to prove item not counterfeit or authentic with invoices or receipts?
Is there a way to prove that by shopping online from Walmart?
They don’t accept the order confirmation at all. I appreciate any suggestions,
I know it is not reliable business plan i am trying to open my account after being suspended because i cant provide the requested receipts or invoice, i am also selling wholesale but i got under review for this product/orders in particular from walmart.

You are violating Amazon’s rules for dropshipping. That alone will get you suspended. But no, receipts from Walmart won’t be accepted as proof of authenticity.

I listed by mistake Dreamworks, and before i deleted it was too late, i guess that triggered the review and suspension.
Never sold Serta or Dreamwork ones,
Sold 9 Playskool (Hasbro brand) not restricted afaik, sourced from Walmart.
I opened store on 9.12 after long vacation and got suspended the day after.

I don’t know how i managed to list it, I listed the usual way when i checked the ASIN - had no listing limitation. I don’t think it’s “bogus” listing you can check it out.
I am adding the responses from Seller Performance team, it was strange like i was getting response from different people not the same support who care of my case in particular.
Yes they know i drop-shipped i already admit that to them.
Like i said i never sold the two asin’s (Disney, Serta) the problem was listing them, and no, no buyer complained about them because i was just shipped them and they were to be received 2-5 days after the Suspension.
I have read lots of similar appeals and cases here in the forums.

Yes, it is a miracle you still have an appeal button. However, with what you did and how you went about it, you might as well have that kiss of death email. Why?
- You listed against restricted brands
- You committed serious drop-ship violations
- You cannot prove authenticity of any of your items.
While there might be a .000000000000000000001% chance of getting reinstated, you should probably make other plans.

The seller has helped a few suspended sellers like yourself who didn’t seem to have a chance to get reinstated. Some of them even received the kiss of death. PM them.

i disagree that the OP has to contact Disney. the suspension notice usually states so when the brand owner complains and provides an email address. this seems to have been an internal determination, which is probably better news than an actual Disney complaint. I feel like there is a chance here if you explain that you didnt realize this was against policy and you will never drop ship again.

First of all, thank you for giving me a chance to appeal the current status of my Account.
A) Identifying The Issue:
My selling privileges were removed, because I made the following Policy Violations:
I have listed Restricted brand items that I am not approved to sell, and this is against Amazon Policy - ASIN: B01DRZSOW0, ASIN: B01DT0MBNG
I have sourced (drop shipped) from online retailer (Walmart) who can’t provide me with proper proof of authenticity of the items - ASIN: B01MYBJYY6
I did not read and learn in details the whole Amazon Policy.
As a result, i was suspended on Amazon.com
B) The steps i have taken to resolve the issue.
I have contacted all manufacturers and wholesale suppliers, going forward I will only sell products for which I can prove the valid supply chain and produce an invoice, and all for which I can not produce an invoice proving authenticity has been removed from Amazon;
I will no longer list any brand name products that I am not authorized to sell and have not bought wholesale through the manufacturer or their authorized distributors. I have closed and deleted permanently all listings from my inventory associated with the Restricted brands;
I have requested feedback from all my 9 buyers of B01MYBJYY6 as usual, but i have not received negative feedback, A-to-Z or message by now, all orders were delivered on time, i have uploaded tracking numbers when confirming the orders;
I have decided not to risk the status of my account, the trust in Amazon name buyers have, or losing my money by not following your strict Rules, so Retail Arbitrage is out of the question for good;
I have taken full responsibility for this policy violation and have sent Hasbro, Serta and Disney apologizing letters, this will never happen again!
Before listing any products in the future, i will pay special attention to make certain that don’t infringe upon others’ intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, or patent);
I have reviewed all Amazon Selling Policies and Agreements, including Restricted Product Help Page, Anti-Counterfeiting Policy, Intellectual Property Violations and all Examples of Prohibited Listings and will continue on a regular basis for updates (if any).;
C) How i will prevent similar issues in the future:
All drastic changes and steps taken in B) ensure the problem is resolved.
