WHY IS THERE NO SELLER CENTRAL CONTACT NUMBER ?
I want to close my seller's account on Amazon! There is no contact number. They keep taking money from my credit card and are not telling me why. Also, they keep asking me to verify my account when I have already verified on numerous occasions! I will never do business on Amazon as a seller. It is not worth the headache.
I want to close my account asap!

I see that you are actively seeking to close your selling account and you have concerns with the continuing charges on your credit card. I do understand that the lack of clarity in this situation is causing you frustration so I am here to take a look and provide solutions.
If you are signed up as an individual seller you will not have the option to contact support via phone. To request account closure, I suggest to select "help" in the upper right-hand corner of seller central. From there select "get help and resources". This will bring you to a page for you to create a case to request account closure. On the "get help" page select "my issue is not listed" and in the free text box, type "close my account" and you will receive a response via that case about your next steps.
Please note that there are account requirements to successfully close your store(s). I will list them below:
If you decide to permanently close your account, follow these steps:
- Fulfill any outstanding orders.
- Wait 90 days after your last sale to ensure the A-to-z Guarantee claims period is honored.
- Wait until you have a zero balance in your account (your next disbursement or charge date).
- Resolve all of your transactions with buyers, including issuing any necessary refunds.
- Confirm that your bank account information on file is up-to-date to receive a final payment.
- Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.
- If you have Fulfillment by Amazon inventory, you must submit a request to either return or dispose all inventory before closing your account.

So you are aware, if your account is currently under review or deactivated, your account will not be eligible for closure until all outstanding issues have been addressed. Surrounding the verification requests, is this for the Inform Consumers Act or general verification?
