does Amazon keep the fees on returns for FBA and FBM?
I should already know the answer to this question..however, I am doing some stuff for accounting and I am thinking I may have it wrong. When someone returns a product whether FBA or FBM, does Amazon refund the amount that they keep for the fee? Or do they keep it?
For example, a product I have sold for 30. Amazon took 8.60 in fees. The customer returned it and it says 3.65 under the amazon seller fee category in the return. So the 3.65 was credited back to my account?
Does the same apply for FBM?
